The BWT bestaqua 16 MEMBRANE is a high-efficiency reverse osmosis membrane specifically designed for use in the gastronomy sector. It forms the core of the BWT bestaqua ROC 16 system and ensures the reliable removal of unwanted substances from the water, achieving optimal water quality for applications such as dishwashing technology, combi steamers, and steam generation.

• High salt retention rate: The membrane achieves a salt retention of over 97%, resulting in a significant reduction of minerals and salts in the water.
