General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery.
1. Scope, Customer Information
The following general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Fa. Kaffeepause P&P Gmbh and consumers who purchase goods through our shop. Opposing or deviating conditions from our terms and conditions are not recognized by us. The contract language is German.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The offers on the internet represent a non-binding invitation for you to purchase goods.
After entering your data and clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The acceptance of the offer is confirmed with the order confirmation sent by email, and the purchase contract is thereby concluded.
3. Storage of Your Order Data
Your order with details of the concluded contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) will be stored by us. You can access our terms and conditions at any time on our website.
4. Customer Information: Correction Notice
You can correct your entries at any time before placing the order using the delete key. We will inform you about further correction options during the ordering process. You can also completely end the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.
5. Retention of title:
The delivered goods remain the property of Fa. Kaffeepause P&P GmbH until full payment is received.
6. Warranty
The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
We exclude liability for slight negligent breaches of duty, provided that these do not concern essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or guarantees, or are affected by claims under the Product Liability Act. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and our legal representatives. Essential contractual obligations include, in particular, the obligation to deliver the item to you and to transfer ownership to you. Furthermore, we are obliged to provide you with the item free from material and legal defects.
8. All listed sale prices include 20% VAT and exclude shipping costs.

9. Commercial Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Vienna.
