Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kaffeepause P&P Gmbh, Maria Lanzendorferstrasse 16, 2333 Leopoldsdorf or at office@kaffeepause.at) with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, unwearability, and functionality.

Erroneous Returns

Please ensure that you return the correct and complete item when making returns. You must return the correct item in order to receive a refund.

If you have mistakenly sent the wrong item to Kaffeepause P&P GmbH, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, as Kaffeepause P&P GmbH does not keep mistakenly sent items. Kaffeepause P&P GmbH cannot guarantee that your item will be found and returned. No refund will be granted for incorrect items sent to Kaffeepause P&P GmbH.
