Rinse filter 30 µm
The Protctor Mini consists of a brass head part with a 1/4" pressure gauge connection and both an internal and external thread connection. The lower part is made of plastic and surrounds the actual particle filter. This is made of stainless steel and has a fineness of 30 µm Also included are 2 screw connections and the flush valve. The filter is already assembled.
The rinse filter was developed to filter drinking and service water. It also protects the water pipes and the water-carrying system parts connected to them from malfunctions and corrosion damage. These are primarily caused by foreign particles such as rust particles, chips, sand, etc. Since these particles are now filtered out, you can prevent this damage in the long term. The filter is not suitable for oils, fats, solvents and other lubricating media.
This is how it works:
The raw water flows through the pipe water access into the filter and from outside to inside through the filter element to the pure water outlet. Foreign particles >30µm are retained on the outside of the filter. Dirt is increasingly collecting on the filter. Accordingly, you should change or clean the filter thoroughly when the filter performance decreases significantly or after 6 months at the latest.
